Alex Schwartz | After traveling throughout South America & desperately wanting to return, Alex found himself lacking the funding he thought he needed to live his dream life. A friend told him that the quickest way to build capital would be a commission only sales position. This led Alex to the Roofing & Home Improvement industry where he learned the secret to becoming a mighty door to door salesman.
In his first year in the industry with no experience, he personally sold $800K in revenue. In his 2nd year, he more than doubled it by selling door to door $1.5M in 2020 during the pandemic.
By the 3rd year in the industry he became the first official Sales Manager of his last employer which led him to hiring & personally training 15+ new sales people and producing an intensive 8hr training platform all on sales for that industry. A handful of those trainees are now selling around $3M each in 2022.
When Alex entered the industry his employer was $4M in revenue per year and when Alex left they were doing $4M per month.
Today Alex is travelling the world again, working remotely and co-hosting programs with Julian online and in person. Full circle to the dream he was once chasing, having arrived in a feeling of purpose and play.

Alexia Cabbadias is from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is a Holistic Therapist (Oriental Therapies and Emotional / Spiritual Coaching) and a writer of 2 books: "Microuniverse: a journey towards our Inner Cosmos" and "Meditation Stories". Some of the therapies she uses with patients are: Floral Therapy, Spiritual Response Therapy Meditation and Creative Visualization.

Julian Guderley is a Podcast Producer, High Performance Coach & Event Creator. Over the past 15 years he has hosted transformational gatherings and special Events on 3 continents with thousands of attendees.
Julian is also the creator of Green Planet Blue Planet Podcast, broadcasting over 300 episodes on regeneration, positive planetary actions and systemic change. He has been interviewing Regenerative Impact Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Authors and Artists. Julian has experience with hosting a Venture Capital Think-Tank, as well as having supported several start-ups with or during successful venture capital fund raising.
Julian understands his service to empower and enable individuals and groups to contribute their unique gifts to the world. Julian’s High Performance Coaching is tailored for successful entrepreneurs to develop the insights, skills and frequency that deepens their personal Freedom & Purpose while being fully in service to their dharma.
Having learned to speak 5 languages fluently before the age of 20y, and having lived on three continents Julian combines his deep devotional practice as a Yogi with his unique experiences as a true global citizenship in his Events, Podcasts and Programs. Host of the Empowered Voice Class
Grammy Award-winning baritone John Brancy is known for his intense musicality and communicative power. Hailed by the New York Times as “a vibrant, resonant presence,” Mr. Brancy is equally at home in staged opera, concert performance, and recital, with a wide-ranging repertoire that includes classical, contemporary world premieres, and musical theater.
Mr. Brancy is a native of New Jersey. He has a B.A. and Graduate Diploma in Vocal Performance from The Juilliard School in New York. He recently made another dream of his come true, singing before the NY Rangers games on Ice.
