Nic has been imagining localized food economies benefiting small farmers globally for over 15 years. Increasing organic matter and stored carbon, advanced waste to resource management, increasing biodiversity and access to these land based projects are a few of his goals. Seated on a pristine 753 acres of California coast, The Mushroom Farm is transforming the former Campbell’s Soup mushroom production facility into a system of abundance to serve generations to come.
